Yesterday was a day of preparation and learning, as a guest speaker from the Ministry of Health of Armenia came to discuss public health in Armenia. After a long day, we then visited the Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts (Matenadaran) followed by a visit to the world famous Grand Candy for puffed pastries (“bonchic”) and ice cream. What research outing is complete without ice cream?
